Campsite description:OverviewA lovely campsite with a superb swimming pool complex, an ideal base for exploring the region. Set in the foothills of the stunning Cévennes mountains, this site is an oasis of trees, tropical plants and flowers, however, pride of place must go to the beautifully designed swimming pool complex, with its terraced pool and children’s pool with unusual bridge. Traditional farm buildings now house the shop and facilities, and there is a modern restaurant and bar. Family activities are organised by the campsite in high season. The site is one and a half miles from Allègre. Around and AboutVallon Pont d’Arc is the watersports centre of the Ardèche region and is twenty miles from Allègre. Canoeing down the Ardèche can be arranged nearby in high season or visit the many caves and grottoes along the plateau.
